An estimated 1,500 visitors viewed the Danville Art League's 2009 Town & Country and Sharon Schmitz Open Regional art shows April 24-26 at the Village Mall shopping center.

The two shows drew 136 adult and junior artists who entered 307 pieces of artwork.
